PMDFC is working for the capacity building of its partner TMAs under the Punjab Municipal Services Improvement Project (PMSIP). PMSIP aims to improve the quality of municipal services in Punjab through infrastructure development and capacity building initiatives with the financial and technical assistance of the World Bank. Development of TMA website is one such capacity building intervention geared at information sharing and getting citizen feedback.

The website will provide up-to-date information to the people of P. D. Khan. Moreover, they can also lodge their complaints through email.
